Turnkey Structures Starting at $45,000 CAD
We designed The Birdie specifically for the obsessed golfer facing space constraints in urban or suburban settings. It’s not just a shed; it’s a precision-engineered environment optimized to give you a full, free-swinging experience in the smallest viable footprint.
We’ve crunched the numbers on launch angle, backswing clearance, and ball flight to ensure that even in a compact space, you never feel restricted.
Skip the red tape and start swinging sooner.
At exactly 160 square feet, “The Birdie” is strategically designed to fall under the threshold for municipal building permits in Ontario.* This means no lengthy city approval processes, fewer inspections, and a significantly faster timeline from purchase to your first tee shot.
(Note: A standard ESA electrical permit is still required for the connection, which our team handles as part of the electrical package).
“The Birdie” standard package is a complete, climate-controlled structure designed for durability and playability. We handle the construction, insulation, and essential interior fit-out so you can focus on your game.
The Critical Dimensions:
At 10 feet wide, 16 feet deep, and 10 feet high (exterior), every inch is utilised.
Note: Due to the efficient 10-foot width, this unit is designed for an offset hitting setup (hitting closer to one wall) to ensure comfortable clearance for both right and left-handed golfers.
Site preparation (foundation/pad) is not included in the base price but can be managed by our team.
“The Birdie” is sold as a structure-first solution. You can bring your own existing launch monitor, or we can supply and install a technology package for you.
Because depth is limited in a 16-foot room, choosing the right technology is crucial. We strongly recommend camera-based (photometric) systems over radar systems for this specific model.
Our Recommended Tech Options for This Space:
| Technology | Fit Rating | Why it works (or doesn’t) |
|---|---|---|
| SkyTrak+ (Camera/Hybrid) | Excellent Fit | Sits beside the ball, requiring almost no depth behind the tee. Highly accurate in tight spaces. |
| Rapsodo MLM2PRO (Camera/Radar) | Good, but Tight | Sits 6.5–8.5 feet behind the ball. It works in the 16′ depth but leaves less margin for error. |
| Mevo+ or Garmin R10 (Radar) | Challenging | Not recommended for The Birdie. These require significant depth behind the golfer and ball flight distance that this compact unit cannot comfortably provide. |
We also offer overhead-mounted options (like Uneekor) for a completely clean floor setup. Ask us about these during your consultation.
