Founder and Senior Consultant
Duncan is the founder of Trican Construction Ltd, a company he started back in 1983. Over the years, he has had the honor of working on many projects and building a reputation as a quality contractor. He is particularly proud that he has been able to pass on his knowledge to many carpenters as a Professor of Carpentry at Mohawk College, including his three sons, who have worked with him for many years. As he heads into semi-retirement, Duncan is confident that his sons will continue to uphold the values that have made Trican Construction Ltd successful over the years. They are highly skilled and dedicated professionals who share his passion for building and construction. Duncan is excited to see what the future holds for Trican Construction Ltd under their leadership, and he is proud to have them carry on the legacy that he has worked so hard to build.
Jeremy has been in the construction industry since 2008 learning from some great local builders in the Hamilton and Burlington areas. Starting his own carpentry company in 2017 he has had the pleasure of working for wonderful contractors and homeowners over the years. Growing up Jeremy spent his summers working with his Dad installing Pella windows and doors. Eventually graduating to framing houses, decks, and accessory structures.

Stephen proudly boasts a decade-long devotion to carpentry, inspired by his childhood experiences alongside his father. Evolving from apprentice to adept craftsman, he finds joy in bringing clients’ dreams to life through skillful storytelling in woodwork. With unwavering dedication, he looks forward to continuing this legacy, leaving behind satisfied clients with awe-inspiring accessory structures.
